Role Overview

World Fuel is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and website experiences across our global business. This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys building, launching, and optimizing marketing assets.

What You Will Do

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will build, execute, and maintain digital marketing assets within HubSpot, including email campaigns, automated workflows, landing pages, and website updates. They will also manage and maintain website content within WordPress, and serve as a key contributor to maintaining high standards across all digital marketing activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, campaign operations, or website content management
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar marketing platforms
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows
• Experience working in a structured marketing, production, agency, or in-house digital environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot and/or WordPress
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation best practices
• Familiarity with segmentation and audience targeting concepts
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
