Role Overview
The Sales Operations Lead provides dedicated sales and commercial operations support for WWT’s Western Australia customers. The role owns the day-to-day operational lifecycle from quote through purchase order, fulfilment, invoicing and cash collection, coordinating across customers, WWT and our OEM, distributor and supply chain partners.
What You Will Do
You’ll ensure complex, high-volume transactions are progressed accurately and at pace, with clear ownership, customer reporting and alignment to manufacturer lead times and delivery schedules.

You’ll work closely with WWT’s Western Australian team, the ISR, buyer, AP/AR, sales, finance and supply chain teams to provide a seamless quote-to-cash experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, information systems or a related field
- A minimum of five years’ progressive experience in sales operations, commercial operations, order management, supply chain coordination or a related field
- Experience supporting large, complex technology transactions involving multiple OEMs, distributors and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing quote-to-cash processes, including quoting, purchase orders, order tracking, invoicing and payment coordination
- Experience working directly with sales teams, customers, procurement teams, finance, distributors and technology vendors
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes, tight deadlines and multiple concurrent priorities
