Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager provides sales and commercial operations support for the WWT New South Wales business, owning the day-to-day operational lifecycle from quote through purchase order, fulfilment, invoicing and cash collection.
What You Will Do
The role will track commercial milestones, payment terms and dependencies across OEMs and distributors, provide accurate weekly and ad hoc reporting on quote, PO, order, shipment, invoice and payment status, and support account forecasting and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, information systems or a related field
- Progressive experience in sales operations, commercial operations, order management, supply chain coordination or a related field
- Experience supporting large, complex technology transactions involving multiple OEMs, distributors and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing quote-to-cash processes, including quoting, purchase orders, order tracking, invoicing and payment coordination
- Experience working directly with sales teams, customers, procurement teams, finance, distributors and technology vendors
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes, tight deadlines and multiple concurrent priorities
- Strong understanding of sales operations and the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Strong commercial awareness, including payment terms, purchase orders, invoicing, lead times, logistics and order dependencies
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain control across a large volume of concurrent transactions
- Ability to work independently, move quickly and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the customer or delivery schedule
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across customers, sales, ISR, buying, AP/AR, finance, OEMs, distributors and supply chain teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including concise executive and customer status reporting
- Strong process discipline with the ability to build scalable workflows, trackers and operating cadences
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets, reporting tools and CRM/order management systems
