Role Overview
The Senior Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing themselves as the primary point of contact within assigned accounts for all quoting and order management activities. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong working knowledge of assigned accounts, strategic OEM products, and WWT’s Go-To-Market Strategy and solution offerings.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Inside Sales Representative will include accurately responding to customer requirements, proactively building and maintaining a strong working knowledge of assigned accounts, and leveraging product promotions and rebate incentives. They will also be responsible for providing detailed quote and order management reports to key stakeholders and assisting, mentoring, and onboarding new sales ops employees.

Requirements
- B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience within the IT industry
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and or sales support experience in the information technology industry
- Ability to work independently and/or on a team with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures
- Knowledge of program and contract specific budget and sales cycles
- Proficient PC Skills (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to effectively utilize WWT internal systems, tools and processes
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills
