Role Overview
Design and implement sophisticated machine learning algorithms and statistical models to analyse large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.
What You Will Do
Develop and program advanced methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyse unstructured, diverse big data sources. Create predictive models and algorithms that generate valuable insights for client services and product enhancement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on complex projects. Evaluate and implement new data science technologies and approaches to improve analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling
- Experience working with big data technologies and unstructured data sources
- Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
