Manager Finance (Corporate Finance & FP&A)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented Manager, Corporate Finance & FP&A to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic financial analysis.

What You Will Do

Lead enterprise-wide planning processes, develop accurate financial forecasts, own and enhance integrated financial forecasting models, drive financial performance reviews, and prepare executive presentations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, or CFA preferred.
• 11+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and integrated 3-statement financial modelling.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership, Board of Directors reporting, and earnings-related financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience operating in a large, matrixed, and fast-paced organization.
