The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager will play a crucial role in streamlining revenue processes, systems, and strategies to foster business growth. This role focuses on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to ensure a smooth revenue generation process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong proficiency in GTM systems and sales technology tools such as: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Marketo etc., with experience in implementing and optimizing these tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- FP&A or finance background – a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Familiarity with advanced data analysis and reporting tools.
