Role Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis role is responsible for leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business strategy and operational objectives. The role requires strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance within multinational companies.

What You Will Do

The Financial Planning & Analysis role will lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, deliver monthly financial performance analysis, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and other business functions to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance within multinational companies
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business recommendations
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and financial planning tools (Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, TM1, Adaptive Planning, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
