Business Development Director

WSP USA is seeking a Business Development Director to support the development and implementation of growth strategies for private sector clients across service areas including climate risk, ESG, resilience, sustainability strategy, digital transformation, and climate finance. The role will collaborate with WSP account leaders, support alliances with partners, and participate in strategic sales efforts to advance WSP’s sustainability and resilience initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field
• 12+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry
• Experience supporting business development efforts, client engagement, and strategic pursuits
