Role Overview
Contribute to the financial performance management of the region, particularly with a strong ERP migration challenge in April 2027. Work closely with 2 other FP&A Specialists and the Finance team.
What You Will Do
Plan and communicate the planning process for the region, coordinate financial activities, prepare financial reports, develop and improve planning and forecasting tools, and perform ad-hoc analyses.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent, experience in financial control within an international group, and excellent financial management and result analysis skills.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
- First experience in financial control within an international group
- Experience in the services or project domain, preferably in a growth environment and transverse organization
- Excellent financial management and result analysis skills
- Master of planning and reporting tools
- Advanced skills in data management and use of data management software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI)
- Autonomy, organization, rigor, respect for deadlines, and team spirit
- Ability to communicate and present complex financial analyses clearly and effectively
- Excellent mastery of English and French, both in writing and speaking
