Regional Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager will help the Property & Buildings team build client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and grow the business by connecting WSP’s expertise with clients’ needs. The role will partner with regional leadership, national market leaders, and SGT counterparts to drive client engagement, pursuits, and development activities across the practice.

What You Will Do

The Regional Marketing Manager will perform additional responsibilities assigned by the SGT BL Director or regional and national business line leaders. They will analyze sales and business development performance to identify trends, gaps, and recommended actions, and support regional reporting and monthly briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or a closely related field
• Minimum of ten years of marketing and business development experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry
• Knowledge of and experience with Property & Buildings services, clients, markets, and competitive positioning is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a commitment to improving processes and serving internal and external clients
• Demonstrated experience leading pursuits, including capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to translate market intelligence, client insights, and business priorities into actionable marketing and growth strategies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and related marketing tools
• Ability to travel as needed
