Regional Marketing Manager, Property & Buildings

Role Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager, Property & Buildings will help the Property & Buildings team build client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and grow the business by connecting expertise with clients’ needs. The role will lead the regional marketing team supporting the business and partner with regional leadership to support client-specific growth plans and build the pipeline with key clients.

What You Will Do

The Regional Marketing Manager will perform additional responsibilities assigned by the SGT BL Director or regional and national business line leaders. They will analyze sales and business development performance to identify trends, gaps, and recommended actions, and partner with regional BL leadership to translate growth priorities into actionable initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or a closely related field
• Minimum of ten years of marketing and business development experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry
