Business Development Executive – Commercial Insurance

The Business Development Executive will drive sales growth in various sectors and target industries using expertise in creating and generating leads and developing a robust new prospect pipeline.

Requirements

  • Actively identify potential leads
  • Maintain CRM dynamics database
  • Meet deadlines and sales targets
  • Maintain excellent relationships with insurers
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients
  • Support and liaise with senior team members
  • Understand target markets and develop strategies
  • Ensure internal and regulatory standards are adhered to
  • Support marketing campaigns
  • Deal with clients in a professional manner
  • Check and issue policy documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to implement campaigns
  • Develop internal cross-selling campaigns
  • Map new business opportunities
  • Complete detailed market submissions and insurer follow up
  • Support client-facing staff in maintaining CRM requirements
  • Self-generate prospect meetings
  • Work with team colleagues to develop winning proposals
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of products and services offered by WTW
  • Network with business units, sector, and external specialists
