Wunderkind is seeking a Client-Delight-Obsessed Customer Success Manager for our Publisher SaaS team. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work directly with senior marketing leaders at some of the largest and most recognizable publishers in the industry, to help them achieve their audience acquisition and subscription growth goals.
Requirements
- Own the relationship and ultimate success of a dedicated segment of Wunderkind’s enterprise and strategic publishing clients
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Continuously think outside the box to generate new campaign ideas
- Service as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in Wunderkind
- Convey publisher feedback internally with product team to inform new monetization opportunities
Benefits
- Base salary range: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00
