CRM Analyst Jr

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Analyst Jr to ensure flawless execution, measurement, and hygiene of flows and campaigns of rule of relationship (email, SMS, and multi-channel).

What You Will Do

Configure, test, and schedule email, SMS, and multi-channel communication campaigns in the Marketo Engage platform, create and maintain Smart Campaigns, Smart Lists, and Programs, and monitor performance and deliverability of campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operating marketing automation platforms (Marketo Engage, SFMC, RD Station, HubSpot, Insider, or similar)
• Experience in configuring email flows (creation of templates, dynamic field personalization, sender, and scheduling)
• Mastery of filters by behavior, demographic data, and interaction history
• Knowledge in structuring UTMs and reading analytical reports of campaigns (Open Rate, CTOR, Bounce Rate, Opt-out Rate)
• Basic technical knowledge in HTML for identification and correction of small rendering errors in email templates
• Mastery in using and daily updating tools such as Asana, Corework, Trello, Jira, or equivalents
