Role Overview
We’re a lean, technical team that builds infrastructure for web data and AI. We’re seeking a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to rebuild our marketing, growth, and community work. The goal is to automate 8 hours of manual work per cycle, leaving 2 hours for judgment, approvals, and relationships.
What You Will Do
Map blog post production, build automated workflows, encode brand voice, automate marketing collateral creation, and document workflows.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You should be comfortable taking a high-level objective, auditing work, deciding what to automate, and driving it through to reliable workflows. You should also be organized, process-driven, and approach challenges as opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years building automation, integrations, or internal tooling
- Hands-on experience building production workflows with LLM APIs
- Proficiency with a workflow platform such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Experience connecting social, email, CRM, and community platform APIs
- Strong written judgment: you can tell when AI output is on-brand and when it isn’t
