Financial Analyst I

Role Overview

Assists with financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Works with financial data to identify trends and recommend solutions. Supports the annual budget process and provides financial analysis to the team.

What You Will Do

Collects and analyzes financial data, prepares reports, and identifies data issues. Assists with budget development, variance reporting, and financial forecasting.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications required. Experience in a regulated industry preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business degree
• Completion of finance or accounting internship preferred
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Demonstrated skills in analysis, problem solving, customer service, and relationship building
