Marketing Lead

Role Overview

The Marketing Lead is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting and delivering marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business growth for XCMG Canada Ltd.

What You Will Do

Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, track campaign performance, and maintain marketing performance trackers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a branding, marketing lead, or specialist role within the Canadian heavy construction equipment or OEM industry
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding principles, and best practices
• Experience with marketing segmentation, communication tools, CRM systems, and website CMS platforms
• Proficiency in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Knowledge of design tools and content management systems is considered an asset
• Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Willingness and ability to travel within Canada and internationally; valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
