Role Overview

Xerox is seeking an Analyst II, Financial Planning & Analysis to support its Finance operations in Cebu City, Philippines. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective general ledger management, and compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.

What You Will Do

Manage general ledger activities, conduct balance sheet reviews, prepare financial reports, and support statutory financial reporting. Collaborate with internal finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders to coordinate reporting requirements and address accounting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related accounting discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, general ledger accounting, or financial reporting
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and other accounting or financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred
