BI Analyst – Snowflake & QNXT

Role Overview

We are seeking a BI Analyst with strong experience in Snowflake, QNXT healthcare data, and business intelligence reporting. The role will focus on analysing, interpreting, and visualising healthcare and operational data to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, analyse QNXT data, perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL, and conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Platform
• Experience working with QNXT healthcare data (Claims, Membership, Provider, Eligibility)
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, analysis, and data validation
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools
• Strong data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
