Role Overview
The CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead will work closely with the Client Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Salesforce Team, and business stakeholders while partnering with Deloitte as the implementation SI. The resource will lead the core project team and be responsible for requirements management, fit-gap analysis, end-to-end business process validation, Salesforce/PROS CPQ/Conga CLM integration coordination, SIT/UAT leadership, defect management, business readiness support, and ensuring Client business requirements are successfully delivered through the implementation lifecycle.
