FP&A Senior Analyst

Role Overview

Xplor Technologies is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Fitness Enterprise FP&A team. The role provides critical FP&A support for the Enterprise division, responsible for financial reporting, revenue and commercial analysis, and financial planning.

What You Will Do

The Senior FP&A Analyst will own and manage the Enterprise division’s P&L end-to-end, producing comprehensive regular management reporting, partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Product leadership, and analyzing complex commercial and financial datasets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant finance / SaaS experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience using a Financial Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system
• Experience using and building dashboards with Business Intelligence tools
• Analytical approach to problem solving and dealing with complex issues
• Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen
• Ability to work in an environment that presents constant change and some ambiguity
• Demonstrated experience partnering and influencing business partners and leaders
• Ability to present complex financial models and topics in a clear and concise manner
• Attention to detail, persistent, organized and highly motivated
• Commercial curiosity and comfort operating close to Sales and revenue-generating teams
