Requirements
- Strong customer success expertise, relationship management skills, and analytical thinking
- Experience in supporting onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client engagement
- Ability to manage work of increasing complexity, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
