Role Overview

Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist, responsible for developing and maintaining actionable reports and dashboards in Power BI and other reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain actionable reports and dashboards in Power BI and other reporting tools, transform raw data into reporting-ready datasets and data products, prepare and evaluate NPS and sales data, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have excellent SQL skills, experience with data modeling and data transformation, and practical experience with Microsoft Power BI and Google BigQuery.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, E-commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or another technical or analytical field
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with data modeling and data transformation (ETL or ELT processes)
• Experience with Google BigQuery or a similar data platform
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with NPS evaluations or customer satisfaction surveys
