Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering financial analysis, business support, and performance insights that help drive results across Xylem’s Applied Water business.

What You Will Do

Provide financial support and analysis for orders, sales, backlog, margin performance, and key commercial finance initiatives across the Applied Water business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of 3 years of related financial work experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and planning
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong leadership capability and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional team environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required; experience with databases, Oracle, and OneStream preferred
• Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10%
