Senior Growth Manager

Role Overview

We are a fintech company with 20 million users and 3 million businesses, looking for a Senior Growth Manager to accelerate customer acquisition and engagement through existing and new channels.

What You Will Do

Develop strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, implement initiatives to generate engagement and product usage, and work with cross-functional teams to define and optimize strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• More than 07 years of work experience and at least 2 years in startups, fintechs, e-commerce, consulting, or tech companies
• Knowledge of digital marketing, acquisition platforms, CRM, and lifecycle
• Experience developing growth strategies, analytical projects, digital marketing, or performance
• Solid dashboard management and analytics tools for decision-making
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing end-to-end initiatives
