Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

Yoga Alliance is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. The role will be responsible for administering and configuring Salesforce, as well as developing custom interfaces and integrations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and a strong command of the Salesforce security model.

What You Will Do

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for administration and configuration, development, and collaboration and delivery. This includes owning incident response, managing users and profiles, building and maintaining declarative automation, and configuring objects and fields.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Strong command of the Salesforce security model
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Declarative automation, especially Flow
• Source control and deployment tooling: Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD
• Coordinating work with external implementation or development partners
• Working proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP API integrations
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated commitment to and experience advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging in the workplace or community settings
