Role Overview

As the Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Lead, you’ll have the rare opportunity to significantly scale our already successful flagship influencer channel for Yoshi en Tea, while strategically laying the groundwork for our expansion into a new vertical.

What You Will Do

You will strategically lead our influencer and partnership initiatives, reporting directly to the C-Suite, while also managing and mentoring a dedicated Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist.

Requirements

• Native or C1-Level in German and fluent in English
• Deep knowledge of the DACH influencer ecosystem
• Proven success building relationships, executing impactful campaigns, and managing a direct report
• Results-driven and hands-on
• Master negotiator
• Analytical and data-savvy
• Creative and organized
