We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Representative to identify, outreach, and initial qualify new enterprise customers in the CX market. As a BDR, you will establish the first strategic access to complex enterprise organizations and generate high-quality initial meetings for our enterprise business.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Large Enterprise SaaS/CX or BPO sales
- Experience in outbound sales, specifically in opening new large enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to communicate with decision-makers at VP, Director, and C-level
- Confident working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and modern sales engagement tools
- Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
