Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind Youthville’s day-to-day digital presence: running our social platforms, executing campaigns, keeping our online listings sharp, and working hand-in-hand with designers, SEO, performance marketing, and MarTech teammates to keep the whole engine moving.

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms, plan and create monthly and weekly social media calendars, schedule posts, monitor comments, and execute digital campaigns for property launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content execution
• Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and automation tools
• Working knowledge of Google My Business, online marketplaces/listing platforms, and basic SEO concepts
• Comfortable writing captions, short-form copy, and basic blog/website content
• Familiarity with CRM/lead capture integrations is an added advantage
• Strong coordination skills to work with designers, vendors, and cross-functional marketing teams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced startup environment
