The Legal & Digital Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Legal and Digital functions, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective coordination across Yum! Restaurants International’s Thailand and regional teams.
Requirements
- Coordinate legal document execution and signing processes
- Facilitate end-to-end administrative processes for vendor onboarding and registration
- Prepare and issue standard legal agreements using approved templates and playbooks
- Track document status, maintain filing systems, and ensure proper record management
- Coordinate trademark registration and renewal administrative processes
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and organization within legal administrative workflows
- Prepare and organize supporting documents required for submission to internal or external teams
- Conduct basic onboarding or process orientation sessions for new joiners relating to standard legal procedures
- Support planning and coordination of team meetings, workshops, engagement activities, and functional events
- Liaise with external service providers, as needed
- Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, and scheduling coordination
- Arrange travel logistics including hotel and flight bookings
- Prepare and coordinate expense claims and supporting documentation
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to Legal team
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, NDA/MSA execution, and PO routing for Digital Technologies workstreams
- Track contract status, renewal dates, and signature workflows across active vendor engagements
- Facilitate expense claim submissions, invoice tracking, and budget documentation for the Digital team
- Maintain organized filing of Digital Technologies records
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to move Digital documentation through internal approval gates
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline Digital administrative workflows
- Organize Digital Technologies team meetings, workshops, vendor reviews, and offsites
- Coordinate with regional and global Digital stakeholders on scheduling and document exchange
- Support onboarding logistics for new Digital team joiners and incoming vendors
- Liaise with external Digital service providers, agencies, and platform partners on routine administrative matters
- Manage calendar, meeting scheduling, and travel logistics for the Thailand CDTO and Digital leadership
- Prepare and coordinate expense claims, corporate card submissions, and supporting documentation
- Provide general administrative coordination for the Digital team
