Role Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager at Klein Tools, you will be responsible for bringing teams together to work collaboratively to deliver new products to market, creating briefs and developing integrated marketing launch plans to bring new products to life with on-brand product storytelling, packaging & omnichannel content and sales tools that deliver on Klein Tools’ commitments to consumer obsession and highest quality standards.
What You Will Do
Drive collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Creative Teams, managing timelines and workflows to bring new products to life across the development cycle with a high sense of urgency and proactivity to deliver products to market within determined launch timeline. Develop integrated marketing launch plans and targeted marketing campaigns for new products, creating marketing briefs and delivering strategy & direction to Creative and Marketing channel owners for detailed planning and on-time campaign and asset development and delivery.

You will be the Subject Matter Expert when it comes to marketing your product categories, knowing the competitive landscape and target consumers well and using your deep knowledge to drive strategic channel and promotional plans to attract, engage and convert consumers in-store, through distribution partners and online with major eCommerce partners.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- Five (5) to seven (7) years related work experience
- Excellent project management skills and collaborative approach to work
- Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and other departments to deliver results
- High sense of urgency and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and within time constraints
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high degree of accuracy and clarity
- Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g. Wrike, Monday.com, SmartSheet)
- Insatiable curiosity and interest in understanding marketplace differentiation and target audience for owned product categories
