Business Intelligence and Data Reporting Analyst

Role Overview

Support reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives across fiber network operations and infrastructure management. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL-driven reporting solutions, and recurring analytical deliverables.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards. Prepare recurring operational, data quality, and business intelligence reports. Build SQL-driven analytical outputs to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience with Power BI report development and dashboard maintenance
• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Minimum of five to eight (5-8) years of experience with operational reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work with complex datasets and recurring reporting deliverables
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, infrastructure, utilities, asset-based industries, or a similar operational environment
