What You Will Do

Lead the performance and growth of the retail and digital banking franchise, identify and launch new growth ventures, and drive scale and commercial performance across mobile, internet, and other digital banking channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Technology, Economics or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in banking, fintech, digital financial services or payments
• Demonstrable track record of scaling a digital banking, payments, wallet, platform or fintech business
• Hands-on experience in retail banking economics, digital customer acquisition, product-led growth, transaction monetisation, and new venture commercialisation
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working within regulated financial-services environments
