Drive the launch, growth, and optimisation of paid digital marketing activities in Finland, managing campaigns and budgets across key performance channels.
What You Will Do
Create, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns, analyse campaign results, and plan and run tests to identify growth opportunities.

5+ years of performance marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience within a B2C environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific ad managers
- Experience managing and optimising significant paid media budgets against performance KPIs
- Structured, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken
