Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the community’s sales and marketing efforts, achieving occupancy goals, and building strong relationships with prospective residents, their families, and the broader community.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute strategic sales plans, conduct market analysis, implement marketing campaigns, lead the sales process, track and report on sales activities, and build and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
