Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst – Operations, you will shape the performance of our operations site by analyzing financial data, driving change through insights and ideas, and strengthening our operational backbone.
What You Will Do
Prepare financial reports, conduct cost and variance analyses, drive automation, and partner with business colleagues to implement cost-avoidance and productivity measures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of finance experience (preferably FP&A) within healthcare, diagnostics, or manufacturing
- Affinity for business and production processes and shop-floor realities
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP; experience with tax filings or fixed assets is beneficial
