Senior Manager FP&A

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, FP&A will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions and be a business partner the technology organization. This person will be collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of the organization.

What You Will Do

Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting processes for assigned business units/functions. Analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify key drivers of revenue, cost, margins, and profitability.

7–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, financial analytics, private Equity or investment banking experience. CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent finance qualification preferred.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, financial analytics, private Equity or investment banking experience
• CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent finance qualification preferred
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Experience partnering with senior business and functional leaders
• Strong understanding of P&L and the ability to connect operational metrics with financial outcomes
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning/ERP/Power Bi/reporting tools preferred
• Experience working in a technology, SaaS, insurance, financial services, or global services organization would be advantageous
• Exposure to globally distributed teams and multinational organizations is preferred
