Role Overview
The Marketing Lead will own the marketing function end-to-end, leading generation, strategic direction, budgeting, and continuous improvement of the marketing department. The role sits on the leadership team and is accountable for translating company-wide goals into a marketing strategy and execution plan that drives B2C growth.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Lead will lead generation, set marketing strategic direction, build quarterly plans, negotiate marketing agreements, and own annual marketing review. They will also maintain oversight of brand standards, approve content, determine campaign design direction, and oversee content creation and data clean-up.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role. They should have experience owning marketing strategy and execution in a small-to-mid-size company and a proven track record managing a marketing budget for ROA/ROI.
Requirements
