Data & Analytics Manager (Hybrid)

Zipliens is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to build the data foundation for its applications and analytics, leading the foundational data work powering its Mass Torts and Single Event Operations teams. The role involves designing data models, building pipelines, and developing quality frameworks to support business operations and future analytics use cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a data engineering or analytics engineering role
• 2+ years formally managing or leading others
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern cloud data warehouse platforms
• Working knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and modern transformation tooling
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into well-modeled, durable data assets
