Data Governance + Enablement Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Enablement + Governance Manager to lead and mature our enterprise-wide data governance strategy and practices. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our data is accurate, secure, and used responsibly across the organization.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for developing and managing governance frameworks, partnering with cross-functional teams to define policies and accountability models, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal data quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data governance, information management, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data quality, or enterprise information management
• Demonstrated experience with data governance frameworks, data stewardship models, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
• Proficient with governance tools and technologies, such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or equivalent platforms
• Experience implementing and maintaining data quality measurement frameworks and KPIs
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, translating technical data governance practices into actionable guidance for business partners
