Role Overview
The Demand Generation Manager will own and drive the North American demand generation engine, combining strategic thinking, creativity, data, and technology to generate measurable business growth. This role will shape the regional marketing strategy, build impactful campaigns, and work closely with teams across the business to turn engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth in the US and/or Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant industry certifications.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting senior business and finance leaders.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, measure campaign performance, and demonstrate ROI through pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce CRM, including campaign management, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, data-driven marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with North American marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA/CPRA, and GDPR.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
