Integrated Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an integrated marketing expert to build and implement demand generation campaigns that drive online Find, Try, Buy motions for Zoom’s digital-first product portfolio. This position will lead the digital buyer journey strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive online product discovery, trial activations, and self-serve purchases.

What You Will Do

Designing and executing integrated campaigns across digital channels to drive product awareness, trial sign-ups, and online conversions with measurable impact on traffic, engagement, and revenue. Building full-funnel demand generation programs using marketing automation, personalization, and account-based tactics to move prospects through awareness, consideration, and purchase stages.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing with a focus on eCommerce demand generation and digital-first go-to-market strategies
• Proven track record driving measurable results across the full funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to trial activations and online revenue
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, web, email marketing, and content marketing
• Experience with product-led growth motions, self-serve purchase models, and conversion rate optimization best practices
• Ability to work effectively across functions in matrixed organizations with global teams and diverse stakeholder groups
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
