GTM Delivery Analyst

Role Overview

The GTM Delivery Analyst is a key member of the Customer Integrations and Implementation team, responsible for assisting customers with the technical implementation of ZoomInfo’s customer-facing solutions. This is a high-visibility role within an exciting area of the business, with the opportunity to gain domain expertise across all aspects of sales, talent, and marketing intelligence technologies and applications.

What You Will Do

Lead complex, enterprise-level implementations as a senior member of the ZoomInfo Integration and Implementation Team, providing expert guidance and strategic support to high-value clients during the deployment of ZoomInfo product solutions within their internal systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, and/or Sales Acceleration platforms in enterprise environments.
• Advanced certifications in Salesforce (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder), Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Solutions Architect, Eloqua Master, and/or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are strongly preferred but not required.
• Deep technical proficiency across multiple platforms with demonstrated ability to architect complex, multi-system integrations.
• Proven track record of managing high-value, enterprise-level client relationships with exceptional customer service and consultative skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts accurately, with empathy and clarity, to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and end users.
• Experience leading client workshops and technical discovery sessions
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility as a strategic technical advisor.
• Exceptional capacity to quickly master complex technical infrastructure, emerging technologies, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis, systems thinking, and the development of innovative solutions to novel technical challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, diagnose, and resolve sophisticated integration issues independently.
• Demonstrate experience mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational improvements.
• Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across technical and business stakeholders.
• Outstanding collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively across Sales, Support, Engineering, Product, and executive teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating technical documentation, training materials, and presentations for various audiences.
• Experience facilitating technical discussions and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail with unwavering commitment to quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience developing and implementing best practices, standards, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, preventing issues, and continuously improving implementation methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Familiarity with data governance, security compliance (SOC 2, GDPR), and enterprise architecture principles.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
