Manager, GTM Engineering (Professional Services)

Role Overview

As a Manager, GTM Engineering within the Professional Services arm of ZoomInfo, you will lead a high-performing pod of senior GTM engineering and consulting talent, and own the capacity, quality, and commercial performance of the GTM Engineering professional services sub-discipline.

What You Will Do

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing GTM Engineer team, including Team Leads, Senior GTM Engineers, and Principal GTM Engineers, through regular one-on-ones, performance feedback, career planning, and promotion advocacy.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or professional services within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• 3+ years of people leadership
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Expert-level understanding of enterprise GTM technology ecosystems
• Deep expertise in APIs, integrations, automation, and modern solution architecture
• Demonstrated experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, utilization management, and pipeline-based staffing across a portfolio of concurrent engagements
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience partnering with Sales on scoping, pricing, hour estimation, proposals, and enterprise SOW development
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent technical depth, team performance, and portfolio health to senior leadership
• Strong operational discipline, including experience building and running processes for status reporting, time tracking, project governance, and delivery quality
• Experience hiring, leveling, and promoting talent, and building structured onboarding, coaching, and development programs
• Advanced command of emerging GTM technologies, including generative AI applications, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows
• Collaborative leadership mindset with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, CX, and executive stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and portfolio or utilization analytics
• Hands-on technical experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and enterprise data architectures
• Experience with MCP, CLI tools, webhooks, and other programmatic solution patterns at enterprise scale
