Role Overview
The GTM Learning Platforms Manager oversees and optimizes the learning platform landscape to ensure a seamless and scalable experience for training, onboarding, and continuous enablement of Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue-generating teams.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive learning systems strategy and governance framework, manage system configurations, workflows, and integrations, and define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness.

Requirements
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools
- 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms
- Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience managing system integrations combined with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
