Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the Commercial Sales and Customer Experience Organization by providing reporting and insights on market intelligence, sales quotes, and customer experience. This role requires expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SQL.

What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Analyst will create and deliver static reporting, design and build KPI calculations and reporting in Tableau, and deliver insights and results in a clear manner backed by data.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Intermediate level written and verbal presentation skills
• Basic understanding of Statistical concepts and applications
