The SMB Team is a rapidly-growing marketing agency and coaching business for lawyers seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to drive new-revenue generation and lead cross-functional operations. The role involves optimizing existing inbound channels, architecting and launching new demand streams, and driving upgrade and account expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in revenue leadership driving ARR from $30M → $100M+
  • Experience in scaling a B2B business services or high-touch SaaS company, with legal industry understanding a plus
  • Deep knowledge & experience in building and managing demand-generation systems, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media, and all inbound channels
