About The Role

The role operates at the intersection of data, systems, and business process, owning the technical administration and optimization of the go-to-market (GTM) technology stack. The position focuses on translating business strategy into scalable systemic workflows, ensuring clean data flow between CRM, marketing automation, and billing platforms.

This position partners closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, design automated solutions, and build the reporting infrastructure necessary to track pipeline velocity and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM, including building custom objects, validation rules, Flow automations, and third-party integrations
  • Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines between Salesforce, Marketo, and internal data warehouses to ensure lead-to-revenue tracking accuracy
  • Develop, monitor, and distribute recurring performance dashboards in Tableau or Power BI covering sales pipeline health, win rates, and customer expansion metrics
  • Analyze sales compensation and quota attainment data, providing recommendations to leadership for territory design and incentive plans
  • Lead system audit initiatives to identify duplicate records, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Document technical system architectures, process flows, and standard operating procedures for the broader revenue organization

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems at a high-growth technology company
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) with deep hands-on experience building complex Flows and managing user permissions
  • Proficiency writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from modern cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Experience building multi-source dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce CPQ administration, HubSpot integration, or APEX coding fundamentals
