A rapidly growing fiber and network solutions provider is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions across sales, marketing, and customer success. This executive role is pivotal in driving market expansion, building high-performance teams, and delivering measurable growth in the enterprise and public sector markets across Georgia and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s revenue strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead and mentor sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize performance.
  • Oversee enterprise, mid-market, and SLED (State, Local, Education) sales efforts, aligning go-to-market plans with strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to shape overall business strategy and market positioning.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years in senior revenue leadership roles, ideally in B2B telecommunications environments.
  • Proven success leading revenue growth in both enterprise and public sector markets.
  • Expertise in building and scaling high-performance sales and marketing organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fiber, broadband, managed network services, or related connectivity solutions.
  • Track record of driving growth in competitive, high-change environments
